01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Place the salmon fillets on the prepared tray, skin-side down if applicable.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dill.
04 - Spoon or brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
05 - Arrange lemon slices on top of each fillet if using.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is just cooked through.
07 - Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
