01 - Combine brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and hot water in a small bowl. Stir until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
02 - Extract two shots of espresso using an espresso machine or a strong coffee maker.
03 - Fill a cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight-fitting lid with ice. Add brewed espresso and spiced syrup.
04 - Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
05 - Strain the shaken espresso mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
06 - Pour milk over the prepared espresso. Stir gently to combine.
