01 - Place avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor or blender.
02 - Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed. Adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Divide the mousse evenly into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to improve texture if desired.
05 - Just before serving, garnish each portion with fresh raspberries, optional chocolate shavings, and mint leaves.
