01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
03 - Hold each pretzel rod by one end and dip about two-thirds into the melted chocolate. Gently tap to remove excess coating.
04 - Immediately sprinkle pink sprinkles over the chocolate-coated section while wet, rotating pretzel to cover all sides evenly.
05 - Place coated pretzels on prepared baking sheet and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
