01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Without separating the rolls, cut the entire block horizontally to create top and bottom layers.
03 - Place bottom half on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Evenly layer mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over bottom half.
05 - Place top half of rolls over cheese layer.
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder in small bowl.
07 - Brush butter mixture liberally over tops of rolls.
08 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if using.
09 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
10 - Let cool for 2 minutes, separate into individual rolls with sharp knife. Serve warm.
