01 - Beat cream cheese until smooth in medium bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beat until incorporated. Fold in whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
02 - Sprinkle a layer of crushed shortbread cookies in bottom of glass trifle bowl or individual serving cups.
03 - Spread a layer of whipped cheese mixture over the cookie base, covering evenly.
04 - Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over filling layer.
05 - Continue layering in order: cookies, whipped filling, mixed berries, until all ingredients are used. Finish with berries on top.
06 - Garnish with additional berries and mint leaves if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to set.
