08 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until pastries are puffed and golden brown.
09 - Allow the pastries to cool slightly before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • These pastries feel like a little secret because the creamy feta blends perfectly with the fresh spinach inside a satisfyingly crisp pastry shell
  • It quickly became a go-to when unexpected guests stopped by; everyone loves the cozy, warm flavors
02 -
  • Ensure the spinach mixture is not too wet or it will make the pastry soggy; draining well is key
  • Folding and crimping the edges properly helps the filling stay enclosed during baking, keeping your kitchen mess-free
03 -
  • Use cold puff pastry to get maximum puff and flakiness during baking
  • Adding the egg into the filling helps bind everything so the cheese doesn’t ooze out at baking
