01 - In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
02 - Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. Adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Spoon the mousse evenly into four serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and allow flavors to meld.
05 - Just before serving, top each portion with fresh raspberries and, if desired, dark chocolate shavings and mint leaves.
