01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add rice cereal, corn cereal, pretzels, salted peanuts, cheese crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate-coated candies. Gently toss to distribute evenly.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, place white chocolate chips and coconut oil if using. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each burst, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
04 - Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Immediately use a spatula to fold until every piece is uniformly coated.
05 - Transfer the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading into a single even layer with the spatula.
06 - Allow to stand at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes or until the coating is completely set. Break into chunks and store in an airtight container.
